Ballooning and scenic flights – The Murray

Get an aerial view of the vineyards and orchards, lakes and rivers of the Murray. The stable weather patterns around Mildura make it an ideal place to enjoy the oldest form of free flight. Mildura Ballooning have been operating since 1988 and fly daily at dawn, weather permitting. Your adventure begins when you are picked up and transported to the launch field in a 4WD. After set-up and a passenger briefing your balloon will float gently over the winding Murray River and farmland of the Mildura region while pilot Andrew Musgrove explains the scene below.
